1 lb loaf
1-1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1/3 cup brown rice flour
1 tbl rice bran
1/2 teaspoon gluten*
1 tbl dry milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tbl molasses
1 tbl oil
Add ingredients in the order recommended by your ABM.
*I use a whole wheat bread flour, and don’t normally put gluten in a whole wheat loaf. You may need to increase the amount of gluten in this recipe.
