Cornmeal Herb Bread for ABM

1 pk (5/16-oz) active dry yeast
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1-3/4 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup white or yellow cornmeal
7/8 cup water
4 tablespoons fresh, chopped herbs, chives, cilentro, Italian parsley, or basil, OR 4 teaspoons dry herbs.

Follow your ABM mfg.’s directions for preparing this type of bread.
