2 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
1 cup crabmeat
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons pickle juice
4 hamburger buns
In a bowl mix together chopped hard-boiled eggs, crab, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onion.
In a small bowl, combine ketchup, celery salt, onion salt, garlic powder, and pickle juice.
Spread on hamburger bun halves and broil until bubbly or slightly brown. Serve hot.
