1 Jalapeño, finely chopped
2 Clove Garlic, minced
1 Small Onion, chopped
1 Lb Lean Ground Beef
4 Slice Monterey Jack Cheese, with peppers
4 Hamburger Buns
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Mix jalapeños, garlic, onion and ground beef in a medium bowl. Form into four patties. Grill to your desired doneness, top with pepperjack cheese, put on a bun and eat.
