3 garlic, minced
2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
5 ml olive oil 1 tsp
30 ml cider vinegar 2 tbsp
15 ml honey 1 tbsp
1 medium nectarine, chopped
10 ml fresh mint, snipped 2 tsp
In a large nonstick skillet; heat oil. Add garlic and onion. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes or until onions are a deep gold color, stirring occasionally. Stir in vinegar and honey. Stir in nectarine and mint, heat through. Serve over steak.
