Manhattan Fish Chowder

1 lb Fresh or frozen fish fillets
1/4 cup Chopped bacon or salt pork
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1 lb Can tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Chopped potatoes
1/2 cup Chopped carrots
1/2 cup Chopped celery
1/4 cup Catsup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley

Yield: 4 Servings

Fry bacon or salt pork till crisp. Remove all but 2 tablespoons fat. Saute onion till tender.

Add everything but fish. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes till veggies are done. Add fish and simmer covered for 10 more minutes.

Can also be done in the microwave.
