5 liters of water
400 grams of honey
1 lemon
400 grams raisins
8 grams of yeast
1 tablespoon of rye flour

Add the lemon in the honey, sliced thin slices, raisins, pour four quarts of cold boiled water, which stirred the yeast and flour. After one day, pours a liter of boiled water. When the raisins and lemon come to the surface of water, ready-made liquid is filtered through a sieve. Kvass spill into bottles, cover, while putting in the bottle for 1-2 raisins and store in a cool place. In 2-3 days honey kvass is ready
