Easy Zucchini Salad

6 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, sliced
bottled french dressing
3 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
lettuce leaves
parmesan cheese for garnish

In large saucepan over medium heat, cook zucchini in salted water 2 to 3 minutes; drain well.

In large bowl, place zucchini, onions and garlic; cover with dressing. Cover and chill overnight.

To serve, drain zucchini, discarding garlic. On large platter, arrange tomato slices over bed of lettuce; top with zucchini. Garnish with cheese.
