Greek Feta Burgers

1 package frozen chopped spinach; thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1 T lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg white lightly beaten
3/4 pound lean ground lamb or beef
1/2 c crumbled feta cheese
1/4 c chopped fresh mint or 4 tsp dried mint slakes
Cooking spray
4 hamburger buns
1/2 cup diced tomato
Cucumber-dill sauce

Combine first 4 ingredients and stir well.

Add lamb, cheese and mint, stir well.

Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping into ½-inch thick patties.

Place patties on grill rack coated with cooking spray, grill 5 mins on each side or until done.

Place patties on bottom halves of buns, top each with 2 T tomato, 2 T cucumber-dill sauce.
