Spicy Italian Hoagie

1 Hoagie Roll
2 tsp. Garlic Butter
2 Eggs, Scrambled
3 tbsp. Italian Sausage, Large Crumbles
1 tbsp. Frank’s® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce
1/3 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
2 Small Olives, Chopped
1 tsp. Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
1/2 tsp. Chopped Parsley (optional)

Split and butter the inside halves of the roll. Grill until golden brown.
Cover the bottom of the roll with eggs.
Mix the sausage and Frank’s® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce then heat and cover the eggs.
Cover with cheese and melt in a hot oven (or cheese melter) for a few minutes.
Garnish with the olives, Parmesan and parsley.
Wrap in sandwich paper. Serve hot.
