Golden Orange Chili Sauce: Yields 2 1/2 cups
1 cup Cattlemen’s® Carolina Tangy Gold™ Finished BBQ Sauce
1 cup Frank’s RedHot Sweet Chili® Sauce
1/2 cup Orange Juice
Wrap Build
1 8″ Wheat Tortilla
1/4 cup Egg Whites, Scrambled
1/4 cup Jasmine Rice
3 tbsp. Pulled Chicken Thigh Meat
2 tbsp. Golden Orange Chili Sauce (see recipe above)
1/2 tsp. Lime Juice
1/2 tsp. Pickled Ginger, Minced
1/2 tsp Cilantro, Freshly Chopped
Prep:
Combine Cattlemen’s® Carolina Tangy Gold™ Finished BBQ Sauce, Frank’s RedHot Sweet Chili® Sauce and the orange juice. Toss the chicken in the sauce combination.
Warm the tortilla and layer the egg, rice and chicken in the center.
Cover with Golden Orange Chicken Sauce.
Sprinkle with lime, ginger and cilantro. Fold into an open-ended wrap.
