Very sophisticated and a great complement to lamb.
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mint jelly
1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh mint
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine yogurt, sour cream, jelly, mint, salt and pepper in small bowl; whisk until blended. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 1 and 1/2 cups.
