1 head lettuce
1 small bunch romaine
50 ml olive oil 1/4 cup
2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
250 ml radishes, sliced 1 cup
3 green onions, sliced
40 ml blue cheese, crumbled 3 tbsp
30 ml wine vinegar 2 tbsp
3 ml salt 3/4 tsp
1 small garlic clove, crushed
pepper to taste
In a large salad bowl, tear head lettuce and romaine into bite-size pieces. Toss with oil until leaves glisten. Add zucchini, radishes, onion and cheese.
In a small bowl, combine vinegar, salt, garlic and pepper. Pour over salad mixture and toss.
