Zucchini Banana Loaf

750 ml zucchini, grated
250 ml bananas, mashed
250 ml sugar
150 ml olive oil
5 ml vanilla
4 eggs
675 ml whole wheat flour
50 ml ground flax seed
5 ml baking powder
5 ml sea salt
5 ml cinnamon
5 ml nutmeg
5 ml ground cloves

In a large bowl; combine zucchini, bananas, sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs.

Stir in flour, flax seed, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

Divide into two lightly greased loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
