1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 cup dry stuffing mix
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine ground beef and onion soup in a mixing bowl; mix well. Add stuffing mix and place in a loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) on a meat thermometer. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
Makes 6 servings.
