Wild Wedges

2 flour tortiallas (8 in / 20.5 cm)
75 ml cheddar cheese, shredded
75 ml chicken, cooked & chopped
1 green onion, finely chopped
30 ml thick & chunky salsa

Heat large lightly greased skillet over medium heat until hot.

Add one tortilla. Top with cheese, chicken, green onion and salsa. Place other tortilla on top.

Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into triangles.

Serves 4
