1.4 kg potatoes, peeled & cut into large chunks 3 lb
2 ml dried rosemary 1/2 tsp
2 ml salt 1/2 tsp
1 ml pepper 1/4 tsp
375 ml water 1 1/2 cup
125 ml lemon juice 1/2 cup
In a large baking dish; place potatoes. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.
In a small bowl; combine water and lemon juice. Pour over potatoes. Bake in preheated 400 F (200 C) oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
