Turkey Sautéed with Pears and Pecans

cooked turkey breast slices
2 tbl olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup apple or pear juice
3 tbl whipping cream
2 pears, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted

Saute garlic in oil until fragrant. Add pear slices and turkey breast pieces. Pour in apple juice, salt, pepper, and cream. Cover; cook 1-2 minutes longer or until pears and turkey are heated. Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
