Turkey Mexicana

1 pound sliced cooked turkey
1 cup tomato-based salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup sour cream

Slice cooked turkey into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Place in a skillet, overlapping, and cover with salsa.

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add grated cheddar cheese and sliced black olives. Cover and continue cooking for 1 minute to melt the cheese. Serve with sour cream.

Makes 4 servings.
