Turkey Medallions Piccata

1 pound turkey, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 teaspoons capers

Lightly sprinkle one side of sliced turkey with salt and pepper.

In a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, saute the turkey and crushed garlic clove in olive oil and butter for approximately 2 minutes per side, or until a meat thermometer reaches 170 to 175*F. Remove the skillet from the heat. Pour lemon juice over the turkey and sprinkle with capers.

Makes 4 servings.
