1 box chocolate cake mix
1 small box chocolate pudding
1 bag chocolate chips
1 pt sour cream (or vanilla yogurt)
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
ICING
1 stick butter
3 cups confectioners sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons milk
Mix all ingredients and then add chocolate chips. Grease and four pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.

Beat together and spread.
