Pan Size: 18 by 26-inch Sheet Pan
Temperature: 400 degrees F. Oven
2 quart (4 lb) Butter or margarine, melted
4 tablespoon (12 cloves) Garlic, dry, minced
200 slices (12 lb) Bread, French, sliced
Add minced garlic to melted butter or margarine. Brush each slice of bread with garlic butter. Place on pan so that slices overlap. Brush top with additional garlic butter. Heat 10 to 15 minutes or until edges are toasted to a golden brown.
NOTE:
If desired, hard rolls may be split, buttered and toasted instead of french bread.
