1 solid white tuna in water, drained (6 oz / 170 g)
1 granny smith apple, finely chopped
15 ml walnuts, chopped 1 tbsp
15 ml mayonnaise 1 tbsp
7 ml onion, chopped 1 1/2 tsp
In a small bowl; add tuna, breaking into small chunks. Add apples, walnuts, mayonnaise and onion. Stir until well blended. Serve on a bed of lettuce or on whole wheat bun.
