Tangy Garlic Salad

50 ml mayonnaise 1/4 cup
50 ml plain yogurt 1/4 cup
15 ml lemon juice 1 tbsp
15 ml olive oil 1 tbsp
50 ml green onions, chopped 1/4 cup
5 ml garlic salt 1 tsp
125 ml spiral pasta, cooked & drained 1/2 cup
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 zucchini, cut into julienne strips
2 carrots, cut into julienne strips

In a small bowl; combine all ingredients except pasta and vegetables.

In a medium bowl; combine pasta and vegetables; mix lightly. Add dressing; toss lightly to coat. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Serves 4
