Syllabub for Christmas

2 cups apple juice
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
2 cups lightly sweetened whipped cream
Freshly grated nutmeg

In a large bowl, combine apple juice, milk, sugar, vanilla extract and apple pie spice; mix well.

Fold in whipped cream and whisk ingredients until a froth begins to form.

Serve in glasses and garnish with grated nutmeg.

Makes 8 servings.
