Sweet Potato Dessert

White sweet potatoes
1 box Jello instant vanilla pudding
2 cup milk
1 cup. brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine (or less)
Mini marshmallows

Peel and slice potatoes, cook until tender. Drain, pour into casserole dish. Mix pudding and milk, pour over potatoes. Cut margarine over top. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until browning around edge. Sprinkle marshmallows on top and bake 5 minutes more or until marshmallows are melted and browning.
