2 tablespoons scallions, chopped
1/4 cup celery hearts, chopped
Black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons crushed pineapple, drained well
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Dill weed, to taste
1 (15-ounce) can peas, drained
Thoroughly mix scallions, cheese, celery, mayonnaise, pepper and dill. Gently add peas. Add pineapple last. Refrigerate. Please, do not over stir those tender peas!
