1 9″ to 10″ deep dish pie shell, baked
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/3 cups cold water
1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry flavored gelatin
1 quart fresh strawberries
20 packets sugar substitute sweetener
1 envelope whipped topping mix
1/2 cup milk
Mix cornstarch with cold water in pan and bring to a boil, stirring until thick and clear. Remove from heat and stir in strawberry flavored gelatin and 16 packets of sweetener; set aside to cool. Slice strawberries into pie shell and sprinkle remaining 4 packets of sweetener on top. Pour cooled gelatin mixture over strawberries; chill. Prepare whipped topping according to directions on package; spread topping on pie and chill until ready to serve.
