12 ounces Stemmed California strawberries
1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
4 Ice cubes
Combine strawberries, yogurt and honey in container of blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into 24-ounce glass or two 12-ounce glasses.
Makes 1 (24-ounce) serving or 2 (12-ounce) servings.
