The cabbage is peeled, cut in thin, long strips, drained of sauce and is put to fry into a pot with lard.
Pepper is added. It can be fried in the oven or directly on the cooker. It is fried for 40 minutes and it is stirred in order not to burn the pot.
It is served preferably for the turkey roast, goose roast, duck roast etc.
