1/4 pound mushroom, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 green onion, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 pounds steaks
Saute mushrooms, carrot and green onion in butter until tender. Add paprika, salt, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 2 minutes, do not boil.
Broil steaks and top with sauce.
