Spiced Apple Juice for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (5 gallons)
Portions: 3/4 cup servings

5 gallons Apple juice, canned
2 pints Sugar, brown
12 sticks Cinnamon sticks
4 tablespoon Cloves, whole
4 tablespoon Allspice, whole
2 teaspoon Salt

Heat apple juice and sugar. Tie spices loosely in bag an drop into juice. Add salt. Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove bag and serve hot.
