Spanish Carrots

30 ml butter 2 tbsp
1 small clove garlic, minced
500 g carrots, sliced 1 lb
1 ml salt 1/4 tsp
1 green pepper, cut into strips
15 ml ketchup 1 tbsp
chili powder to taste

In a large skillet; melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add carrots and salt; cover and cook for 10 minutes; shaking skillet occasionally. Add peppers, ketchup and chili powder. Cook for 5 minutes or until carrots are tender crisp.
