Smooth Strawberry Ice Cream Pie

1 cup milk
1 pint strawberry ice cream
1 (6-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust, prepared

Combine milk and ice cream in a mixing bowl; blend until smooth. Add pudding mix and beat slowly with an electric mixer until just blended, about 1 minute. Pour immediately into piecrust. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

Makes 8 servings.
