2 medium heads iceberg lettuce, rinsed
30 ml fresh lemon or lime juice 2 tbsp
75 ml extra virgin olive oil 6 tbsp
salt & pepper to taste
In a large bowl; tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
In a small bowl; whisk lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle dressing over lettuce, toss gently and serve.
