12 shrimp
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 white pepper
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup sherry
Clean shrimp. Melt butter; add flour, paprika, salt and pepper, blend together. Add milk and cream gradually. Add sherry. In a separate pan, sauté shrimp in butter. Add to the sauce.
