3 tablespoon toasted sasame seeds
3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
3 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
3 tablespoon vinegar white
1 clove garlic minced
1-1/2 teaspoon sugar
dash of msg or salt
Combine all ingredients except the sesame seeds. Let set for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days. Pour over fresh spinach (It goes a long way). Toss and add sesame seeds and toss again.
