Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

30-40 stuffing size mushrooms, stems removed
3 tablespoons melted butter (I use a whole stick saving some to drizzle over the mushrooms before baking)
1 pound bulk sausage, cooked
1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs
about 1/2 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
1 egg, beaten
Mozzarella cheese, grated

Dip cleaned mushrooms in melted butter. Mix the sausage, bread crumbs, some sauce and egg, blend together well. Stuff mushrooms. Place on a baking dish, drizzle with reserved melted butter then sprinkle grated cheese over the mushrooms. Bake 350: about 20-30 minutes.
