6 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Bunch cilantro, minced
1 large onion, minced
1-2 jalapeño peppers (or to taste)
take out the seeds and insides if you don’t like it too hot
salt to taste
2 Limes or one lemon (juice of)
You can put the jalepeno and cilantro in a blender and just add the rest of ingredients. Good for about 4 days tightly covered and refrigerated
