2 pounds pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 strips of bacon
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Trim pork and place on a baking sheet. Brush with oil. Mix rosemary, garlic salt, salt and pepper together and rub evenly into pork. Top with strips of bacon. Bake for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
