Rhubarb Cake

1/2 c butter or margarine
1-1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 c sour milk or buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 c flour
1-1/2 c raw rhubarb, finely cut
1/4 c brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Cream the butter, 1-1/2 cups brown sugar, egg, and salt. Stir in the milk/buttermilk, soda, vanilla and flour. Add the rhubarb. Pour batter in a prepared 9″ x 13″ pan. Combine the 1/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes
