Raspberry Mint Vinaigrette

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

Olive oil 1-1/2 cups
Raspberry vinegar 1 cup
Garlic, minced 1 tsp.
Fresh basil, finely chopped 4 tsp.
Fresh mint, finely chopped 4 tsp.
Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk together oil and vinegar. Add herbs and mix well; season to taste with salt and pepper.
