1-1/2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 egg yolks
1 cup whipped cream
raspberries for garnish

In a large saucepan, whisk orange juice and lime juice into sugar, cornstarch and salt. Cook, whisking, over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat and add egg yolks at once. Whisk for 1 minute. Cool to room temperature. Spread whipped cream into baked pie crust. Spoon custard over and arrange raspberries on top. Chill.
