Raisin Bread for ABM (multi-recipe)

1 Pound Loaf:
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
6 tablespoons raisins

Optional:

1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

1-1/2 Pound Loaf:
3/4 cup plus water
1-1/4 tablespoons margarine or butter
1-1/3 tablespoons sugar
2/3 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread flour
1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup raisins

Optional:

2 teaspoons cinnamon

2 Pound Loaf:
1-1/8 cups water
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour 3 cups
2-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 cup raisins

Optional:

1 tablespoon cinnamon
