Rainforest Cafe’s Chocolate Volcano

14″ round chocolate cake, cut into 8 slices
1-1/2 fluid ounce chocolate sauce (per slice)
1-1/2 fluid ounce caramel sauce (per slice)
5 fluid ounce vanilla ice cream (per slice)
12 fluid ounce whipped cream (per slice)

Place chocolate and caramel sauces in creamers and microwave together for 15 seconds. Place three scoops of ice cream on top of each slice of cake in a triangular fashion. Place three scoops of whipped cream on top of ice cream and flowing down sides of the cake. Place creamers of chocolate and caramel sauce on a side plate.
