Quick Greek Potatoes & Chicken

4 red potatoes, sliced
4 chicken, boneless, skinless & sliced in strips
125 ml olives, sliced 1/2 cup
salt & pepper to taste 1 tsp
5 ml dried oregano leaves 1 tsp
125 ml diced tomatoes 1/2 cup
50 ml feta cheese, crumbled 1/4 cup

In a large lightly greased casserole dish; combine all ingredients except tomato and cheese. Cover and bake at 450 F (230 C) for 35 minutes. Divide equally among 4 plates and top with 2 tablespoons (25 ml) tomatoes and 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cheese.
