Quick Blender Hollandaise

3 egg yolks
Juice 1 lemon
1/2 cup butter or margarine

Whirls lemon juice and egg yolks in a blender. Melt butter or margarine in a sauce pan until bubbling (it must be really hot to work). Turn the blender on and very slowly add the hot butter to the egg yolks and lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasonings.
