Yield: 2 Cups
1 cup Mustard powder
1/4 c Cold water
1/2 c Beer or ale (flat or fresh)
Whisk the mustard together with the cold water in a medium sized bowl and set aside for 10 minutes.
Stir in the beer and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to six months. This mustard makes an excellent addition to salad dressings.
