Potato Wedges Parmesan

50 ml parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
5 ml paprika 1 tsp
10 ml garlic powder 2 tsp
2 ml salt 1/2 tsp
2 ml pepper 1/2 tsp
4 small to medium unpeeled potatoes, cut in wedges
25 ml vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Combine cheese and seasonings. Toss potatoes in oil, then cheese mixture. Place wedges onto a cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake at 350 F (180 C) or until golden brown and tender about 40 minutes. Serve with ranch dressing or sour cream for a dipping sauce.
