Potato Salad

10 potatoes, boiled and cut into small pieces
8 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/ 1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup dill relish, drained
2 cans sliced olives
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon celery seed
pepper to taste

Place prepared diced potatoes and eggs in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. If the salad does not have the desired consistency, add more salad dressing.

Serves 15.
